Brait got a boost from Virgin Active. In property, Dipula and Emira released uninspiring results. Southern Sun is doing extremely well. Ethos Capital had a busy quarter of corporate actions.

MultiChoice released terrible numbers. In contract, the likes of AVI, Bidcorp, Premier, Quantum and Santam are navigating difficult conditions successfully. Mantengu Mining is ramping up. Metair is a step closer to getting out of Turkey. Powerfleet's cost savings are paying off.

Boxer's pre-listing statement is finally available. Harmony, Life Healthcare, Omnia, Raubex, Stor-Age, Vodacom and Woolworths all released financial updates on a busy day. Sibanye locked in a gold wage deal.

Richemont's numbers were dragged down by Asia Pacific. The Foschini Group had a poor period that ended strongly. Grindrod's Mozambican ports business has reopened. Huge, ISA and Sephaku all released numbers.

AngloGold released blockbuster results, but the joint venture with Gold Fields in Ghana remains delayed. Grindrod had to shut the Mozambique ports in the wake of election violence. Lesaka, MultiChoice, Sappi and Truworths all released numbers.

FirstRand's motor finance business in the UK has adapted to legal findings. MTN Rwanda is struggling. Nampak announced an asset disposal. Novus' interim earnings got a boost from timing differences, plus they've announced acquisitions. Pepkor's growth looks reasonable.

Murray & Roberts is in serious trouble again. Pan African Resources announced a deal in Australia. There's some improvement at Sibanye, thanks to gold. Sirius is buying more properties. Zeder announced a special divi.

Altron has staged quite the comeback. Redefine's numbers aren't telling a great story. AECI and Anglo American have news on asset disposals. Collins, enX, Exemplar, MTN Uganda and Oando all released numbers. Discovery gave an interesting presentation to debt holders.
