Ghost Bites (ADvTECH | Datatec | Fairvest | Gemfields | Murray & Roberts | Premier Group + Brait | Remgro + Distell + Mediclinic...

Monday was a busy day, with a variety of updates across several sectors. The dividend at Thungela was probably the news of the day, doing nothing to stop the slide in that share price.

Ghost Bites (AYO | Eastern Platinum | Gemfields | Grand Parade | Northam Platinum)

AYO settles with the PIC, but the terms are a mystery. Eastern Plats launches a major rights offer. Gemfields releases great results with a cautious outlook. Grand Parade is a much cleaner group. Northam: all the earnings, but no dividend.

Ghost Bites (Accelerate | Bell Equipment | Blue Label Telecoms | Equites | Remgro | Resilient | Schroder | Sibanye-Stillwater | Steinhoff)

Solid earnings out of Bell Equipment, while property funds (Accelerate and Schroder) are under pressure, with Equites selling properties below NAV. Resilient has been quite resilient. Cell C needs a new CEO, Remgro needs buybacks and Steinhoff needs a miracle.

Ghost Bites (Astoria | Bytes | CA Sales | Calgro | OUTsurance | Nampak | Master Drilling | RFG Holdings | Transaction Capital)

Astoria has a story to tell, as do CA Sales Holdings and Master Drilling. There are also important updates from Calgro, OUTsurance, Nampak, RFG Holdings and Transaction Capital.

Ghost Bites (Afrimat | Cashbuild | Lighthouse Properties | Merafe | RCL Foods | South Ocean | Transaction Capital | York Timber)

Afrimat has moved sector. Cashbuild has finalised the odd-lot offer. Earnings from Lighthouse Properties, Merafe, South Ocean and York. Transaction Capital can suddenly give forecasts. RCL is angry with Albie Cilliers.

Ghost Bites (Balwin | Capital & Regional | Montauk Renewables | Premier | Richemont | SA Corporate Real Estate)

Balwin's outlook is worrying. Capital & Regional sells The Mall. Montauk swings into profitability. Premier's offer was strongly supported by Titan. Richemont simplifies its listing. SA Corporate Real Estate inches forward.

Ghost Bites (ADvTECH | African Rainbow Capital | AngloGold and Gold Fields | Ascendis | BHP | Caxton | Exxaro | Hyprop | Investec...

Sabvest beats ARC. Anglo and Gold Field want to create the biggest gold mine in Africa. ADvTECH, Caxton, Exxaro, Hyprop and Investec all released positive numbers. BHP has legal headaches. Ascendis is still loss making and PPC is under pressure.

Ghost Bites (Accelerate | EPE Capital Partners | Fairvest | Grand Parade | Growthpoint | MC Mining | Merafe | Orion | STADIO)

Accelerate sells a property at a loss. EPE Capital Partners has a modest increase in NAV. Fairvest and Growthpoint gave property updates, alongside mining news from Orion, MC Mining and Merafe. STADIO is paying higher dividends.
