GHOST BITES (ADvTECH | Ascendis | Astral Foods | Burstone | Gold Fields | Grand Parade Investments | Premier | Raubex | Southern Sun...

ADvTECH and STADIO have shown how to make money in education. Raubex keeps delivering. Astral Foods is facing adversity again. Gold Fields is trying to acquire Gold Road. Look out for Ascendis, Burstone, Grand Parade, Premier and Southern Sun as well.

GHOST BITES (Adcock Ingram | AECI | Anglo American | Barloworld | Blue Label Telecoms | Equites | Gold Fields | Hulamin | Mondi...

Anglo American released an ugly set of numbers. Adcock Ingram, AECI, Barloworld and Mondi aren't exactly shooting the lights out either. Blue Label Telecoms reported flat earnings. Gold Fields should've had a stronger year. Look out for Equites, Hulamin and Tiger Brands as well.

GHOST BITES (Nampak | RCL Foods)

Nampak is about to bank the I&CS disposal proceeds. RCL Foods has flagged a very tasty jump in HEPS.

GHOST BITES (Anglo American | Anglo American Platinum | ArcelorMittal | DRDGOLD | Gold Fields | Hudaco | KAL Group | Kumba Iron Ore...

It was a very busy day of news in mining, with the Anglo group companies as well as DRDGOLD and Gold Fields all releasing updates. ArcelorMittal is trying to save the longs business. Hudaco has a sobering outlook. KAL Group is off to a solid start this year. Lesaka hit guidance once again.

GHOST BITES (Italtile | Nictus | Sibanye-Stillwater | Transaction Capital)

Italtile's share price momentum makes no sense to me. Sibanye-Stillwater has pulled off a sensible uranium deal. Transaction Capital's results are delayed. Nictus had a terrific year thanks to investment income.

GHOST BITES (Anglo American – Amplats | Equites | FirstRand | HCI | KAL Group | Life Healthcare | Pepkor | Purple | Shaftesbury...

Equites, FirstRand, HCI, KAL Group, Life Healthcare, Pepkor, Purple, Shaftesbury, Stefanutti Stocks and Zeda all gave important earnings updates. Anglo American is selling down 6% in Amplats. Vodacom and Remgro are appealing the Maziv decision.
