Attacq declares an interim dividend, as does Heriot (admittedly a less exciting one). HomeChoice posts a big jump in HEPS. Indluplace is set to be taken private. Labat Africa is still loss-making. Old Mutual HEPS grows by 10%.

AngloGold tanks further. Bidcorp releases great numbers. Choppies is struggling. Coronation quantifies the tax dispute. Grindrod grows strongly. Sasfin keeps disappointing vs. Standard Bank doing well.

Mondi, like so many others, has fallen in love with Italy. BHP and Exxaro released results, as did HomeChoice and Transpaco. For some reason, company secretaries have been busy trading shares!

Massmart and Telkom released results that hurt investors. Royal Bafokeng Platinum had disappointing production numbers. Thankfully MTN Ghana, Sabvest Capital, JSE Limited, Textainer and a couple of others brought some cheer.
