Lesaka has closed the all-important Adumo deal. Powerfleet closed the Fleet Complete deal. Clientele is considering an acquisition. Brimstone has sold its STADIO shares. Delta is selling two properties.

Ghost Wrap #78 (Italtile | ADvTECH and STADIO | Harmony)

Italtile had a better second half as expected, but new risks have emerged. ADvTECH and STADIO have shown us that private education can be lucrative, provided the business model is right. Harmony got its gold production sorted at exactly the right time.

ADvTECH and STADIO both released great numbers, showing the value of the tertiary education sector. Harmony has more than doubled HEPS. Italtile has warned of competitive pressures.
